Welcome to Kharidi360. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services operated by Kharidi360 ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These Terms should be reviewed by qualified Indian legal counsel before production launch.
By accessing and using Kharidi360, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use / Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
These terms apply to visitors, buyers, sellers, and others who access or use the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. These terms do not waive any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
Kharidi360 provides B2B discovery and inquiry services: buyers can search for suppliers or businesses and send business inquiries.
We are not primarily a full checkout or cart-based payment marketplace for all transactions. Commercial terms between buyers and suppliers are generally arranged directly between them.
The platform may display business listings to help with supplier discovery and marketplace search.
Listings may include businesses that appear on the platform based on publicly available or authorised business information before the business owner registers with us.
A listing that appears before registration does not mean the business has registered with us, endorsed us, partnered with us, or been verified solely because the listing exists.
Businesses can register on Kharidi360 to manage their profile, update information, add products or services, upload authorised photos and content, manage contact details, and receive buyer inquiries.
Businesses may request correction or removal of listing information through our privacy or contact channels (see our Privacy Policy).
We may moderate, correct, restrict, or remove listings where appropriate, including for accuracy, legal compliance, safety, or terms violations.
Public availability of information does not mean users or the platform may copy protected third-party content without authorisation. Merchants are responsible for content they submit after registration.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or registering a business.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
After registration, merchants are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information, products, images, and contact details they submit or maintain on their profile.
Buyer inquiries may be routed to suppliers through the platform. Prices, if shown, are generally listed by sellers in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Payment and commercial terms are typically negotiated directly between buyers and suppliers.
Where we do not process a payment, transactions are handled directly between the parties.
Sellers are responsible for their own payment arrangements, taxes, and compliance with applicable commercial laws.
We may remove or restrict sellers or listings that violate these terms.
Shipping and delivery arrangements are generally handled directly between suppliers and buyers.
Unless we expressly provide a fulfilment service for a specific transaction, we do not arrange shipping on behalf of all users.
Delivery times, costs, and terms are determined by the parties to the transaction.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or delivery disputes between buyers and suppliers.
Returns, refunds, and product or service disputes are generally handled directly between buyers and suppliers.
Each supplier may set its own commercial policies, subject to applicable law.
We may assist in good faith to facilitate communication but are not liable for supplier policies or the outcome of private commercial disputes, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or to solicit unlawful acts.
You may not misuse marketplace information, including for fraud, harassment, or unauthorised commercial exploitation.
You may not scrape, crawl, or abuse the platform in violation of applicable law, these terms, or technical restrictions we implement.
You may not infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others, including by uploading unauthorised photos, logos, or copyrighted descriptions.
You may not submit false or misleading business or product information.
You may not upload or transmit malware or interfere with platform security or availability.
Sellers must ensure their offerings comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
Our collection and use of personal and business information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Promotional SMS, calls, WhatsApp messages, email campaigns, and similar commercial communications are treated separately from core marketplace discovery and must comply with applicable Indian communication and telemarketing requirements.
Users may request not to receive promotional outreach; we will honour opt-out and suppression requests for applicable channels as described in the Privacy Policy.
After registration, merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, customer or buyer service related to their offerings, fulfilment arrangements they agree to, and compliance with applicable laws. Content submitted by merchants should be authorised by them and should not infringe third-party rights.
Kharidi360 primarily acts as a B2B discovery and inquiry platform connecting buyers and suppliers. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, we are not responsible for private commercial transactions, product quality, or supplier services arranged directly between users. Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.
These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory law, disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after changes means you should review the updated terms. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights under Indian law are not waived by this notice.
Subject to mandatory law, parties may seek to resolve disputes amicably first. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction as stated above. Nothing here requires you to waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
